TERESA MIKOLA

With a decorated 20+ year career in competitive gymnastics, Teresa brings elite-level expertise in tumbling, trampoline, and artistic gymnastics. She is an NCCP Level 4 certified coach, a FIG Category 2 Brevet Judge, and has trained multiple provincial, national, and international champions. Teresa’s passion lies in athlete development, and she continues to foster excellence at all levels through her focused and experienced coaching style.

JENDAYI DYER

Jendayi is a versatile performer and choreographer with experience in film, television, and live stage. Her credits include Zombies 2 and Zombies 3 (Disney), Grand Army (Netflix) and national campaigns for TJX/Winners, Manulife and Urban Planet. She has performed at major events like Nuit Blanche, the Harry Jerome Awards and Canada Goose’s private showcases. Trained at Footnotes Academy and Faction Crew, Jendayi specializes in Hip Hop, Dancehall, House, and freestyle movement. She brings passion, precision and individuality to both her performances and her teaching.

LAUREN CROWTHER

Lauren is thrilled to be back at Dancers Burlington, the studio where her love for dance began. She trained and competed through her teens before studying Musical Theatre at Sheridan College. Now the proud owner of Studio Technique in Burlington, Lauren specializes in Pilates Reformer and barre fitness classes. She’s excited to blend her passions for fitness and dance, and to inspire the next generation at DB.

ELLA WAHLGREN

Ella Wahlgren began dancing at the age of four and is a proud 2024 graduate of Dancers Burlington. She trained extensively in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Lyrical, and spent 10 years as a dedicated member of the Elite Competitive Program. Ella has competed both nationally and internationally, earning numerous achievements with her team.
Now entering her second year at McMaster University, where she studies Honours Applied Psychology in Human Behaviour, Ella is thrilled to continue teaching at DB.

TAEYA MILAN

Taeya has been part of the Dancers Burlington family since the age of 2½ and has trained extensively in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Pointe, and tumbling. A longtime member of DB’s Elite Company, she has earned numerous national and international awards, including National Victory Cups and 1st place at the World Dance Championships. Taeya has trained at renowned programs such as The Storytellers Intensive and the TreadFAST Pre-Professional Intensive in New York City. She is also proud to be a 2024 Senior ICON for the Wild Dance Intensive.

CAMILLE SPENCE

Originally from Canada, Camille Spence is a dynamic and expressive performer with a strong foundation in both commercial and concert dance. In May 2025, she graduated cum laude from the Sands College of Performing Arts at Pace University. Camille earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Commercial Dance with a concentration in Choreography and a minor in Business Arts and Entertainment Management, studying under the direction of Lauren Gaul. Camille is currently represented by Clear Talent Group in both New York City and Los Angeles.

Her professional experience spans film, live performance, and commercial work. Camille appeared in the Warner Bros./Disney+ film Clouds, directed by Justin Baldoni and choreographed by Marinda Davis. On stage, she has performed in featured and ensemble roles at prestigious venues and events such as DancesPace and Dance Out Loud (2022–2025), the LA Showcase (2024), and the NYC Center’s workshop of Ragtime under Ellenore Scott. She was also featured in a Times Square flash mob for LoveShackFancy and Hunter Boots (choreographed by Marcella Guarino Hymowitz).

Camille has worked with a wide range of choreographers including Al Blackstone, Nijawwon Matthews, Rachel Leigh Dolan, Joe Brown, and Marinda Davis. She has also appeared in commercial campaigns like the Rose Dance Collection for Champion Teamwear (choreographed by Jill Wolins).

Her extensive technical training includes ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, and contemporary/modern styles, having studied with renowned instructors such as Scott Jovovich, Jess Hendricks, Suzi Taylor, Corey Snide, Shay Bland, Holly Evans, Valerie Ho, Charlene Smith, Jennifer Johns, Jillian Meyers, Mandy Moore, Scott Hislop, and Dominic Chaiduang. In addition to performing, Camille has served as Dance Captain for works by Al Blackstone, Jess Hendricks, Rachel Leigh Dolan, Lauren Gaul, Steven Blandino, and Marinda Davis.

Camille brings passion, professionalism, and a love for storytelling through movement to every class and performance. She is excited to share her knowledge and inspire the next generation of dancers.

SHANE QUIGLEY

PROP ENGINEER

Shane has been part of the DB family since 2003 and has led the design and construction of our competitive team props since 2007. A graduate of Ryerson University’s Performance Production program, Shane brings innovation and technical artistry to each set piece. His creative work adds visual impact and complements choreography, helping bring performances to life on stage.

ERICA HERRIDGE

Erica’s passion for dance began at a young age as a competitive dancer in Mississauga, where she earned numerous awards, scholarships, and accolades. She trained with top industry professionals including Brian Friedman and Amanda Cleghorn, and completed her PAEC exams in Jazz, Acro, and Ballet—earning Honours from Primary through Pre-Professional levels. With over a decade of teaching experience, Erica specializes in Acro, Jazz, Lyrical, and Strength & Flexibility. She is certified in Acrobatic Arts (Modules 1 & 2), Alixa Flexibility (Module 1), and is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher. Erica is dedicated to fostering a safe, positive environment where dancers can grow confidently and sustainably

CARINA HOLLAND

 With over 20 years of experience in both performing and teaching, Carina brings a rich global perspective to the studio. She trained in Mississauga, studied at the New World School of the Arts in Miami, and earned her Master’s in Contemporary Dance from London Contemporary Dance School. Carina has performed internationally across North America and Europe, and brings a thoughtful, empowering approach to her classes—encouraging dancers to connect deeply with their craft.

KIRSTEN FLOOD

Kirsten is a versatile dancer, choreographer, and instructor with training in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Acro, and Latin Ballroom. She grew up dancing at Dancers Burlington, where she built a strong technical foundation and a lasting passion for the art form. Professionally, Kirsten has performed internationally with Holland America Line and trained under industry leaders Mitchell Jackson and Derek Piquette at Intrepid Dance Company. Her credits include Canada’s Got Talent and backup dancing for Canadian artist Rêve. Kirsten is committed to inspiring the next generation of dancers, fostering both technical growth and confidence in her students.

MADDIE STOLLBERG

Maddie has been part of the Dancers Burlington family since she was 3 years old, training and competing in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Pointe, Contemporary, and Hip Hop. A proud member of Team Canada Tap in 2016 and 2017 under Matthew Clark, she helped her team earn 4th place and a silver medal at the World Championships. Maddie holds a degree in Child Studies from Brock University, a Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University, and is an Ontario Certified Teacher with the Brantford District School Board. She’s excited to be back at DB, sharing her love of dance with the next generation.

KRISTEN HENLEY

Kristen’s dance journey began at Dancers Burlington, where she trained from a young age and went on to compete for over 15 years. She has taken her teaching exams with Dance Masters of America, is trained in Level 1 NCCP Gymnastics, and holds both a Sociology degree from McMaster University and a Master of Child Study and Education from the University of Toronto. Currently teaching with the Halton District School Board, Kristen loves sharing her experience and passion for dance with her students.

KAITLYN VIVIAN

Kaitlyn started dancing at the age of 5 and began training at Dancers Burlington when she was 11, continuing there until her graduation in 2022. She is now a senior at Point Park University, where she is pursuing a degree in dance with a minor in psychology. Her time at university has deepened her understanding of her artistry through diverse performance and choreographic opportunities, including works by Norbert De La Cruz III, Sidra Bell, Shayla-Vie Jenkins, and close mentorship with Gary W. Jeter II. Kaitlyn is passionate about dance and is committed to refining her craft through discipline and hard work. She loves working with younger dancers and is constantly evolving her teaching methods. She has choreographed for two of Dancers Burlington’s competitive seasons, in addition to teaching master classes and private lessons. Kaitlyn aims to inspire authenticity, individuality, and growth, encouraging dancers to take risks and embrace their unique selves in a supportive environment.

CAITLIN MEYER

Caitlin is a dynamic dancer, choreographer, and educator working across the GTA and Tri-City areas. She studied Psychology and Marketing at the University of Guelph, where she also danced competitively with Gryphon’s Dance Pack. Caitlin has performed in numerous stage, film, and commercial projects, including works with Little Pear Garden Dance Company, Drayton Theatre, and music videos for Canadian artists. With a certificate in Choreography from Broadway Dance Centre and numerous choreography awards, Caitlin continues to inspire dancers through movement and storytelling.

EMILY BROWN

Emily Brown grew up training in all styles of dance in Northern Virginia and has since built a dynamic career as a performer, teacher, and choreographer. She holds a BFA in Dance from George Mason University. Emily has performed in original Debbie Allen productions at The Kennedy Center, toured internationally with The Junior American Dance Company, and was a Top 34 finalist on So You Think You Can Dance Season 4. She has been a company member with several acclaimed contemporary companies, including MarInspired, CATastrophe! Dance, Koin & Co, and The Difference Between Company. She has also performed at the Capezio A.C.E. Awards, Carnival, Sybarite, and Broadway Underground. Emily is currently based in Northern Virginia.

ALYCIA MATTHEWS

Alycia’s dance roots run deep at Dancers Burlington, where she began dancing at just 18 months old. Trained in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Lyrical, and Acrojazz, she has earned numerous awards both as a performer and instructor. Alycia holds a Sociology degree from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Primary Education from Charles Sturt University. She is also an Ontario Certified Teacher and Level 1 NCCP Gymnastics coach, currently teaching within the Halton District School Board.

ALEXANDRA GOLDEN

Born and raised in Burlington, Alexandra began her dance journey at age 3 and was accepted into Canada’s National Ballet School full-time program by age 9. After graduating in 1996, she joined The National Ballet of Canada, eventually rising to the rank of soloist. Her career included performing lead roles alongside legends like Karen Kain and Rex Harrington. Now retired from the stage, Alexandra brings her deep knowledge and passion for classical ballet into the studio as a dedicated teacher.
